Lindsay Area Development is excited to announce the member rates and details for the FCA Lindsay Fitness Center. Construction is still in progress, and the operational planning is preparing for an opening October 1, 2025.
What will memberships include?
Nearly 24x7 Access* to the Weight Room (entry via access code / key fob)
Limited Access to indoor walking track and rec gym during staffed hours. (Rec gym completion is scheduled for January 2026)
Participation in group fitness classes (watch calendar for dates and offerings to come)!

How are family memberships classified?
Family is defined as 2 adults in the same household with dependents under the age of 24.
Is the facility shared with the school?
Yes, Lindsay Academy has a lease for use of the fitness center for their physical education classes and for practices/games and other activities. This includes the cooperative activities with Humphrey Public Schools.
All students who are using the facility as part of these organized events must have a coach or sponsor supervising.
Are there times when access is limited?
The Lindsay Area Event & Wellness Center is a multi-purpose facility, and almost all areas are available to be rented.
All or part of the facility may be closed to members if otherwise reserved. Members are strongly encouraged to download the app available or check the website to confirm availability prior to arrival.
What are rules to follow?
Only individuals listed on the contract may use the facility.
No minors under the age of 18 can use the facility without supervision of an adult 21 or older.
Members must follow safe practices, clean equipment and store properly after use.
Members will be responsible for damages due to negligence.
The facility will not have personnel on-site at all times. Video surveillance will be used to ensure policies and procedures are followed and no unauthorized use. All members agree that they understand the risks associated with working out alone and assume all risks and responsibilities for themselves and members on their contract. LAD will not be liable.
